Recipe (makes 2 cups)
 1/2 cup
Kosher Salt
 1/2 cup
Brown or Dark Brown Sugar (packed)
 1/2 cup
Paprika
 6 tbsp.
Black Pepper
 2 tbsp.
Garlic Powder
 2 tbsp.
Onion Powder
 1 tsp.
Celery Seeds
 1 tsp.
Cayenne Pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (Store for up to 3 months)
