Roma tomatoes (seeded)
 1/2 ea.
Medium yellow onion
 4 ea.
Jalapeno peppers
 2 cloves.
 1/4 cup
Fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
 3 ea.
 1/2 tsp.
Coarse salt

Cooking Instructions:

  • Chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers and cilantro as finely possible.
  • Combine in a bowl.
  • Squeeze the limes to extract the juice and add to the mixture.
  • Add the salt and gently mix with your hands.
  • Serve within 4 hours for freshness.
